Volume 5 Chapter 0131 The Snake of Creation! - I, The Dragon Overlord
This is a world of duality, where the foundation of all things lies in order and chaos, in good and evil. Now, the part of evil within the Serpent of Order, once possessed by Asmodeus due to sheer luck, has completely fallen. The power of order that belonged to him returned to its origin. Louie, who had once opened the door to the Sea of Origin using the belief power from an alien crystal sphere exploiting the world's 'bug', was transformed into the Serpent of Order and Goodness and re-entered this sea containing half of the power of the San Soliel world. Upon arriving at this 'sea', Louie did not hesitate. He directly assumed the form of the Serpent of Order and thrust himself upon the body of the unclaimed other serpent. He bit the tail of the opposite, and instinctively, the now mindless Serpent of Order bit Louie's tail. Thus, the two serpents were completely connected, forming a closed loop. Order was restored. Evil and goodness were merged. Louie, wielding the power of Order and Goodness, began to embrace Order and Evil. Without hindrance, he easily fused the power of order, becoming the Serpent of Order entirely. "Roar——" A silent yet earth-shattering roar echoed through the Sea of Order. Louie, now fully transformed into the Serpent of Order, was no longer a great dragon. He had even discarded the identity of 'race', becoming pure order. Should he wish, he could abandon his physical form and become a principle, omnipresent in places where order prevails. However, if one wishes to interact closely with the world, a body is still necessary. After shaking the Sea of Origin, Louie realized that the Sea of Origin of Order had become part of his body. Half of the universe's power within this realm was now entirely under his control. The crystal sphere is a closed-loop, self-contained world. As long as this world remains unattached to other realms of the universe, it must adhere to the principle of 'conservation of energy'. Louie, who controls half of the world's power, can consume divine energy limitlessly. It merely cycles within this world, and with half the world now part of him, Louie can manipulate, create, and alter the world at will with the total amount of order force. The force of order transformed into a colossal wave, crashing against the boundaries of the plane. Where once Louie needed the belief power from the Earth plane to forcibly open a path to the Temple of Order and Chaos, now a mere thought was enough to unlock the gate that stood before the gods, preventing them from becoming superior deities. When Louie reappeared in the eyes of the gods of the San Soliel world, his form had transformed into that of a dragon-serpent. His snake-like body bore wings, resembling the legendary 'Yinglong' of Earth's myths, which also inspired the name 'Serpent of Order'. Louie's body had grown infinitely long. Wherever order existed, it was part of his form. If a god possessed a higher perspective, they would see that the complex world composed of numerous planes had transformed into a massive circle, and Louie's body coiled around it, nearly merging with this world. Now, Louie no longer needed a divine realm. He did not require avatars to act as other gods did. Everything he manifested before the gods was his true self, the order of this world itself. Louie had truly become immortal. Even if an alien cosmic civilization destroyed the San Soliel world, they could not obliterate Louie's existence. He was one with order, no longer bound by material constraints. Even if this world returned to its primal chaos, a new world would emerge amid the struggle between order and chaos. Louie would always belong to this cycle, unbegotten and undying. Upon returning to the Prime Material Plane, after experiencing the powers he now possessed, Louie finally understood the sheer might of a superior deity, especially one of orde. Should another civilization like the Terran invade now, merely a thought from Louie would be enough to wield half the universe represented by order, crushing them. No matter how advanced a civilization, as long as it relies on matter, existing within its universe, it would be obliterated in an instant. Louie's massive serpentine form wrapped around the world, yet he was halted by a thin membrane, unable to transcend the boundary—this was the crystal sphere. This is probably the greatest limitation upon becoming a superior deity. By occupying the force of order from the San Soliel world, Louie's power could only manifest within it. Rather than saying the crystal sphere restricted Louie's power, it was as if Louie became the protector of the crystal sphere. He was meant to prevent the forces within this cosmic plane from spilling out. The crystal sphere’s existence was inherently a 'box' stabilizing the concepts of order and chaos. For a normal superior deity, reaching this stage would be the limit. At most, one could devour the Serpent of Chaos, fully merging with the planes of the crystal sphere, becoming the crystal sphere itself. However, simultaneously, one must protect the crystal sphere from external threats, or if it breaks, one's power would begin to wane. But Louie was entirely different. Before becoming a superior deity, he had already obtained the civilization artifact of the Terran civilization. He had long used this artifact to open a passage between two worlds, allowing him to travel to another Earth's universe plane. Wandering at the edge of the crystal sphere, watching the layered world of San Soliel beneath him like a cake, Louie began pondering his path forward. "The next step is to devour the Serpent of Chaos. For me, now the Serpent of Order, this isn’t too difficult. Once I obtain the Serpent of Chaos’s power, fully transforming into a twin-serpent form, I could even restart the universe." "…But this power would still be constrained by the crystal sphere, leaving me in a position of passive defense rather than active aggression. The existence of ‘Space-Time Wormholes’ reveals another possibility." "The Earth plane isn’t a binary universe of order and chaos, but I can transform it into one. Though the space-time wormhole is small, it would allow the forces of order and chaos from the San Soliel world to spill into the Earth's universe, entangling with it. If I contaminate the entire Earth universe with these forces, eventually, I could establish dominance there, wielding the strength of two universes!" Louie pondered quietly. At his level, so-called true gods were merely like ants. Even if hiding within their divine realms, Louie could easily trigger the vast sea of origin, submerging endless planes in an instant. Beings dependent on matter for survival could no longer threaten him... His thoughts had transcended the vision of true gods. "Once I occupy both worlds, I can use the technology of the Terran civilization to search for new universes, then use the forces of order and chaos from the two universes to erode new ones, claiming them in cycles." This will be an endless process of growing stronger, where one universe's strength erodes another. Louie might need a vast amount of time and effort initially, but once successful, using two universes to erode a third would require only half the effort. Thus, continuously repeating the process, Louie would find the time needed shrinking to almost nothing, until even a breath might conquer a universe, or even multiple universes. At that point, the only question Louie would face is whether his speed in observing universes could match his speed in eroding them. "In these infinite multiverses, how many beings like me exist?" Louie suddenly felt curious. How many beings with the power of a superior deity exist across different worlds? But even superior deities are restricted by the crystal sphere. At this stage, one reaches an apex. Beings capable of eroding other universes, like Louie, are akin to cancer cells in a human body, a fundamentally flawed existence. To any universe he invades, such an entity represents catastrophic annihilation. In the universes Louie controls, he could nurture various civilizations on a whim. Should a universe's civilization displease him, the result would be the devastation of innumerable lives and cultures. Louie believed that such special cases as himself must exist but are exceedingly rare among the multiverse. "Still, the hardest step is to begin eroding the Earth universe plane, figuring out how to replicate the forces of order and chaos infinitely, fundamentally transforming the Earth's universe plane." Louie chuckled softly. That might require millions, billions, or even more years to take the first step. But for Louie, now truly eternal, the flow of time no longer mattered. He is both the beginning and the end of this universe. Even if it required an entire cosmic epoch, he would one day accomplish this task.
